Sensenig Family RV Adventures

Sedona, AZ

Taking a trip to Sedona was something that we had been looking forward to since we entered Arizona. I had visited there before and was really looking forward to sharing the experience with the entire family, plus we had the added bonus of knowing there were some other fulltime families there.

We stayed at  Verde Valley Thousand Trails in Cottonwood. We did get to see some friends while staying there, but we also made some new friends. We had such a refreshing time with our new friends from Allergy Tribe. We connected on so many levels and really can’t wait until our paths cross again!

We also were able to celebrate Steve’s birthday while we were there. It was very low key with just  our new friends over for dessert, but it was a simple and special time of celebrating Steve.

My parents sent us a package for both of our birthdays and it arrived while we were at Verde Valley. We were so pleased when we opened the package…what amazing work my mom does. It was the perfect gift for us and will find a place in our RV very soon. We still have some rearranging to do, but we can’t wait to get it up!

We had some difficulty with internet connection there at the campground, so we had to cut our time there short, but as we were leaving we took a day trip into the town of Sedona. It is really one of the most beautiful places to visit in our country. I am so glad that we all were able to experience it together.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sedona, just wished we had more time there to explore. We would have loved to go on one of the jeep tours, but couldn’t swing it this time. Lots more to do for our next visit!
